Terms and Conditions for Vaji VIP

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Vaji VIP, accessing any game, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the Vaji VIP platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses the site in any capacity.

Vaji VIP reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Vaji VIP.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Vaji VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Vaji VIP does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Vaji VIP or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Vaji VIP platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the Vaji VIP platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Vaji VIP is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Vaji VIP strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify Vaji VIP support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Vaji VIP is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Vaji VIP are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your Vaji VIP account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Vaji VIP does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within ten minutes during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet account that is registered in your own name and matches the details on your Vaji VIP account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Vaji VIP reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• Vaji VIP reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud or terms violations are suspected, pending investigation.
• Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider in connection with a withdrawal are your responsibility.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Vaji VIP offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated when the bonus is offered.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Vaji VIP reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being closed.

Vaji VIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Vaji VIP — including Aviator, Color Game, Boat of Fortune, Texas Hold'em, Captain Fisher, Honor of Zuma, and Monkey King — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game's RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and that the published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate.

By playing any game on Vaji VIP, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the normal game mechanics.
• The published RTP for each game represents the long-term statistical return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Vaji VIP does not adjust game settings, RTP figures, or RNG parameters based on individual player activity, promotional periods, or any other commercial consideration.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to your account balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vaji VIP platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in Texas Hold'em or other multiplayer formats.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward Vaji VIP staff or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim bonuses more than once, or evade a self-exclusion.

08 Responsible Gaming

Vaji VIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

If you believe that your gaming has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Vaji VIP will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded.

09 Privacy and Data

Vaji VIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Vaji VIP will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to process payments, verify identity, or comply with legal obligations. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Vaji VIP platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Vaji VIP or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Vaji VIP platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Vaji VIP platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any game or platform software.
• Use the Vaji VIP name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Vaji VIP content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vaji VIP's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Vaji VIP is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Vaji VIP's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits Vaji VIP's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

Vaji VIP reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Vaji VIP is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be voided. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your Vaji VIP account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Vaji VIP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you must stop using the Vaji VIP platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights — may be made without specific notification, though the updated version will always be available on this page.
